AVL Integration Project Manager

  • Lead AVL integration projects from kickoff through completion
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate labor, logistics, procurement, and installation timelines
  • Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Review drawings, manage change orders, and support project execution in the field
  • Conduct site visits to verify readiness, progress, and alignment with project scope
  • Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Support ongoing improvement of project management systems and workflows
  • Support additional project or team needs as required
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Project Management, operational leadership, or related experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, schedules, and project documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software
  • Experience with ClickUp, ACC Build, Odoo, or similar platforms preferred
  • Experience in AVL integration, construction, low-voltage, or related technical industries preferred
  • Ability to travel 30–60% as required by project needs

Manufacturing Associate & Driver

  • Manufacturing & Fabrication — Manufacture and prepare plates per job specifications and technical drawings; operate tools and production equipment safely while maintaining organized workstations and established workflows.
  • Assembly — Assemble custom production desks and components to specification by reading and interpreting work orders, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Quality Assurance — Inspect all manufactured components and completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and completeness to ensure products meet established standards.
  • Burn-In & Equipment Testing — Perform burn-in procedures on AVL equipment, monitor functionality during testing, document results, escalate defects, and assist in basic troubleshooting.
  • Packaging & Shipping Prep — Package finished products to prevent damage during transport and stage products for delivery, installation, or burn-in.
  • Shipping & Receiving — Load and unload trucks safely, verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, and maintain accurate inventory handling practices.
  • Warehouse Maintenance & Organization — Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, supporting material handling and overall warehouse organization.
  • Logistics & Deployment Support — Support logistics preparation for upcoming installations and deployments, including transporting equipment and materials using company vehicles as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Alignment with Wave’s culture, values, and commitment to excellence
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record
  • 21 years of age or older to meet company driving and insurance requirements
  • Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning ERP/inventory software
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
  • Experience in AVL production environments (paid or volunteer) is a plus
  • Experience operating box trucks, delivery vehicles is a plus (no CDL required)
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
  • Coachable and willing to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
  • Willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed

AV Technician: Tier 1

  • Spend more time onsite than anyone else.
  • See a project from start to finish, and will have the opportunity to make a lot of new friends. 
  • Are on the road 4-5 days a week for at least 3 out of 4 weeks a month
  • Are enjoyable to be around; deeply secure with a high work ethic.
  • Are not afraid to learn new things, and keep up with the latest gear and trends.
  • Can keep up with multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Tasks including rack assembly, equipment installation, system cabling and termination are to be performed in accordance with system diagrams and Wave standards, both in-house and on-site
  • Regularly completes assigned tasks in a safe, clean, and organized manner within the budgeted time while meeting or exceeding quality standards established by Wave
  • Assist with testing of AVL system components to assure systems are complete and ready for commissioning
  • Maintain assigned equipment inventory and tools while on job sites and provide feedback to Project Management and Engineers to facilitate improvements to the installation process.
  • General knowledge of construction & AV industry, ability to read equipment manuals, schematic diagrams, and building drawings, and provide any other support to ensure Wave operates up to standards on a daily basis.

AV Technician: Tier 2

  • Spend more time onsite than anyone else.
  • See a project from start to finish, and will have the opportunity to make a lot of new friends. 
  • Are on the road 4-5 days a week for at least 3 out of 4 weeks a month
  • Are enjoyable to be around; deeply secure with a high work ethic.
  • Are not afraid to learn new things, and keep up with the latest gear and trends.
  • Can keep up with multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Possess all skills of Tier 1 
  • Lead 1-3 technicians in completing small to mid-level projects and/or act as a site foreman during certain stages of larger projects 
  • Proficient in the structured cabling of projects including pulling, terminating and testing AVL cabling ​
  • Assist with testing of AVL system components to assure systems are complete and ready for commissioning
  • Commission, support, and provide training to clients on small to mid-level AVL systems 
  • Independently troubleshoot AVL systems as needed by tech support lead and document project changes and communicate back to project management 
  • 2+ years experience and AVIXA CTS certification or ability to possess within 90 days of hire

AV Technician: Tier 3

  • Spend more time on site than anyone else.
  • See a project from start to finish, and will have the opportunity to make a lot of new friends. 
  • Are on the road 4-5 days a week for at least 3 out of 4 weeks a month
  • Are enjoyable to be around; deeply secure with a high work ethic.
  • Are not afraid to learn new things, and keep up with the latest gear and trends.
  • Can keep up with multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Possess all skills of Tier 2
  • Act as site foreman and efficiently lead teams of 4-6 (internal employees & subcontractors) in completing all sizes of projects ​
  • Work with clients and project managers on project planning, system functionality, and project issues ​
  • Able to commission, support, and provide high-level training to clients on all levels of systems, and perform site visits and inspections to ensure proper system implementation and conduit installation per drawings 
  • Accountable for ensuring delegated tasks including rack assembly, equipment installation, system cabling and termination are performed in accordance with system diagrams and Wave standards, and for job site cleanliness and organization
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of construction processes and ability to interface with different trades including representing Wave in construction meetings, and able to review, markup, and communicate issues with schematic diagrams and building drawings 
  • ​3+ years experience and AVIXA CTS-I certification or ability to possess within 90 days of hire
