Before joining the WAVE team, Don spent 18 years in local church ministry. 15 of those years were spent doing Media and Creative Arts for large churches. As a pastor, Don has overseen the programming of 3 large building projects which is what bumped him into the team at WAVE. One of the unique things about Don’s WAVE story is he started out as a WAVE client. Don quickly noticed the differences that set this team apart from the other Design/Build firms he had worked with. Over the past decade, Don has also produced some of the largest conferences in the country as the Creative Director. He has toured with artists like Lincoln Brewster and John David Webster, and has been the LD for bands like Sanctus Real, David Crowder Band, as well as many others.
in 2006, Don started a marketing firm that grew quickly and gave him the chance to work exclusively with companies like AT&T to help tell their story. WAVE originally hired his firm to work through their efforts to tell their unique story and eventually brought him on to lead the team that helps churches do the same thing.
For the last 20 years Terry has been passionately serving the ministry and worship community in several capacities, as a technical designer, musical director, and working with church plants. He has now combined all of those skill sets into a position with a WAVE! As good as he is at WAVE, ya need to hear him rock a Hammond B3!!

David studied Theatre and Music in college. In 2010, he switched directions to another form of creativity by transitioning into broadcast and A/V. David has served on many projects over the past 7 years ranging from major sports venues to corporate headquarters where he helped clients achieve their desired visual outcome. In that same period, he served as the Media Director of Antioch Church in Woodstock, Georgia, overseeing lighting, graphics, and livestream delivery. Having had a hand in most aspects of an AVL system along with personal communication skills has given David the ability to work well with a client. He has the experience to help people understand what they want to use, what they are getting, and how to use it. This will translate well into servicing existing systems and/or system improvements.
Joining WAVE as a Technical Services Team member will give David the ability to use all of this technical skills while also incorporating his creative and theater background.
“I truly enjoy working on the creative aspects of a church service and my goal is to help people make their system work better and easier for them.”

Brandin began his education studying architecture at the University of Texas and soon migrated to a more focussed interest in the way a venue functions. This led him to the world of audio, video and lighting. Over the past 17 years he has served as a staff audio director at two megachurches (2nd Baptist – Houston, Riverpointe Church – Houston), spent time on the road as both a musician and a tech, and has worked as an AVL system designer for multiple projects. Stroy also spent 7 years helping church plants and portable churches launch with a focus on their production and technical systems.
Brandin will be joining the Houston office as a member of the Technical Services Team. His mission is simply to assist ministries in applying and repairing technology to achieve their best and most undistracted worship experiences through technical excellence. All systems hit road blocks over time. Brandin’s experience and shared vision for ministry will be an asset when helping fix any problem that arises.
When asked about his new role, Brandin remarks, “Joining forces with WAVE is the beginning of a great partnership. Having had the opportunity to see this team in action as a client, I am confident in their work. I am excited for this next chapter in my personal story as well as the WAVE story.”

Customer Service Team
One of the greatest honors that we as a ministry partner has is to have someone feel like they are part of our tribe. There is no greater endorsement than to have one of our customers speak highly of WAVE. With this partnership in mind, we often find ways to thank our customers with SWAG. Kennedy is our director of all things SWAG.
If you want something, Kennedy is the girl that you go to. Kennedy combines two traits necessary to do this job well: She has a love for all things creative, and she has a love for our clients.
When she isn’t working on our SWAG packs she is most likely in a tech booth running something production related. Kennedy is proficient in everything from lights, graphics, directing cameras, to producing. Whether you are a client getting a SWAG pack at the end of a project, or you have just seen a shirt on someone and decided that you want one, drop Kennedy an email and she will hook you up. She will make sure that everything is just right for you.
